  • Build security vulnerability metrics as early indicators of vulnerabilities.
  • Design and develop novel security testing methods to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Establish a security decay assessment framework to identify evolving security risks.
  • Conducted comprehensive analysis to perceive existing software engineering processes and surveyed existing international security standards in the context of automotive systems (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434 and ISO 26262).
  • Design a Secure Software Development Lifecycle for automotive systems that manages security development challenges and assures compliance with security standards.
  • Reviewed several research papers in the field of cybersecurity for several reputed journals and conferences, including the International Symposium on Software Reliability Engineering (ISSRE), the journal of Systems and Software, Computer journal, and International Conference on Software Quality, Reliability and Security Companion (QRS-C).

  • Researched regression testing tools and established a framework to prioritize regression testing.
  • Contributed to the research that is held by the department of Computer Science and Mathematics, which included the following areas: software engineering, software reliability testing, bioinformatics, and comparative protein structuring.

  • Worked with a team to organize a programming hackathon for high school students, including driving registrations, ideating, and creating prototypes.
